• Platinum: weekly cashback of up to 1.2%.
• Diamond: weekly cashback of up to 1.5%.

Advancement to a higher VIP tier depends on your overall activity on the platform. Higher tiers come with more benefits, such as priority support and special offers. Cashback will be credited directly to your account and can be withdrawn once the specified wagering requirement is met.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on joys9, and if any of them occur, the account will be permanently cancelled:
